The Wild have reassigned Gustav Olofsson to Iowa (AHL).
Olofsson has appeared in the last three games and 13 NHL games overall during his time with the big club. His return to the AHL suggests that Christian Folin will return to the Wild lineup this weekend.
Dubnyk allowed two goals on 23 shots in the Wild’s win over the Sharks on Tuesday. The win snapped a five-game losing skid for Dubnyk, who will make his 60th appearance of the season tonight vs. the Flyers. In his first start against Philadelphia, Dubnyk allowed three goals on 36 shots in a 3-2 loss.
Pominville will be back in the Wild's lineup on Tuesday.
Pominville was a healthy scratch on Sunday, but will replace Ryan White in the lineup tonight vs. the Sharks. He has no points in his last four games, but has 11 goals and 30 assists (41 points) in 67 games this season.
Dubnyk allowed five goals on 21 shots in the Wild’s loss in Winnipeg on Sunday. Dubnyk is on an ugly five-game losing streak having allowed a combined 16 goals on 116 shots (.862 SV%). Dubnyk will look to get things back on track tonight vs. the Sharks—he is 2-0-0 with a 2.50 GAA and .909 SV% vs. San Jose this season.
Dubnyk was pulled after allowing two goals on two shots in the Wild’s 4-2 loss in Chicago on Sunday. It was a brutal outing for Dubnyk, who will get a chance at redemption tonight in Washington. Dubnyk has gone 16-6-3 with a 2.14 GAA and .936 SV% on the road this season, but will be in tough tonight.
The Wild have recalled Tyler Graovac from Iowa (AHL).
Graovac, 23, has 10 points (7G / 3A) in 12 games with Iowa this season. He has appeared in 49 games with Minnesota this season and is expected to play No.50 tonight with Martin Hanzal sidelined with an illness.
