Moore (concussion) will return to the Devils’ lineup on Sunday.
Moore has been sidelined by a concussion since December 31st, but is set to get back in the lineup vs. the Sharks this afternoon. Moore has been a nice source of offence on the Devils’ blueline having recorded five goals and eight assists (13 points) in 37 games this season. Karl Stollery will come out of the lineup for Moore.
The NHL has suspended John Moore for five games for his illegal check to the head of Erik Haula on Monday.
Moore is a repeat offender which is the reason for the five game suspension. Haula suffering an injury on the play also plays a hand in a lengthy suspension. Moore is not eligible to return to the lineup until Tuesday, November 11th against the Penguins.
Moore (concussion) returns to the Rangers lineup on Thursday.
Moore missed the last six games with a concussion he suffered on March 21st. Moore returns just in time to replace Ryan McDonagh on the New York blueline. Moore will slide into McDonagh's spot with Dan Girardi and also pick-up some of his power-play minutes. "I'm 100 per cent, I feel great," said Moore. "No extra pressure without Mac in lineup, just a chance to play my game"
Moore was injured in last night's win over the Blue Jackets. Moore appeared to suffer a head injury on a hard collision along the boards. He will be replaced by Raphael Diaz, who is making his Rangers debut.
