Hellebuyck allowed four goals on 36 shots in the Jets’ win in Tampa Bay last night. Even though he gave up a four-spot, Hellebuyck will man the crease again tonight in Florida. He has gone 5-7-0 with a 3.12 GAA and .893 SV% on the road this season, but walked away on the right side of a 4-3 shootout final in his first start vs. the Panthers.
Hellebuyck was yanked after he allowed four goals on 15 shots in the Jets’ loss to the Islanders last Saturday. Hellebuyck went 4-4-1 with a 3.06 GAA and .898 SV, making it his worst month of the season thus far. Tonight he faces the Lightning for the first time this season—he is 4-7-0 with a 3.04 GAA and .894 SV% on the road this season.
Hellebuyck allowed three goals on 23 shots in the Jets’ loss in Vancouver last Tuesday. Michael Hutchinson started on Thursday, but they’ll come back to Hellebuyck tonight in Chicago. Playing in Chicago is always a tough test, but Hellebuyck is 2-0-0 with a 0.50 GAA, .981 SV% and one shutout in two starts vs. the Blackhawks this season.

He draws a really good matchup in Vancouver, stub has gone 3-6-0 with an ugly 3.27 GAA and .885 SV% in nine starts on the road so far this season.
