The Coyotes have acquired Peter Holland from the Maple Leafs for a conditional 2016 sixth round pick.
Holland has been a healthy scratch for the majority of the season, appearing in just eight games with the Maple Leafs and only tallied a single assist. Last season he appeared in a career-high 65 NHL games and has 70 points (30G / 40A) in 203 career NHL games.
Holland will be back in the Maple Leafs lineup on Monday.
Holland was a healthy scratch in Saturday’s loss to the Canadiens, but with Nick Spaling out with an injury, Holland will get back into the lineup on Monday. He has one goal and one assist in six games this season.
Holland is expected to be a healthy scratch on Saturday.
With Byron Froese coming up from the AHL and making his NHL debut tonight, Holland is expected to be a healthy scratch. However, Leo Komarov is listed as a game-time decision, if he is unable to play, look for Holland to get into the lineup.
Holland (lower-body) will miss at least the next two games.
Holland missed the last two games and is expected to miss at least two more with a lower-body injury. With Holland out and Nazem Kadri suspended, the Maple Leafs will likely recall Sam Carrick from the Marlies.
Holland (upper-body) will return to the Maple Leafs lineup on Wednesday.
Holland has been out with an upper-body injury since December 31st. He missed the last 10 games, but will be back in between Mike Santorelli and Daniel Winnik tonight vs. the Devils. He has 16 points (8G / 8A) in 38 games.
Holland is week-to-week with an upper-body injury.
Holland missed Friday’s game with an upper-body injury and will obviously miss Saturday’s game vs. the Jets as well. With a week-to-week injury it is hard to pinpoint when Holland will return until he is upgraded to day-to-day.
The Maple Leafs signed restricted free-agent Peter Holland to a two-year deal.
Holland, 23, had five goals and five assists (10 points) in 14 games with the Maple Leafs. He also recorded on goal in four games with the Ducks, before being traded. The former first round pick will almost certainly make the Leafs roster this season.
Holland is not at the Leafs morning skate because of an illness.
Holland likely won't play tonight because of a stomach flu. That means David Clarkson moves to the second line and NIkolai Kulemin shifts to the third line centre. Monitor Holland's status in warmups, but he is questionable after missing the skate.
The Maple Leafs have recalled Peter Holland from Toronto (AHL).
Holland continues to work his way back from 'lace-bit' that forced him to spend time in the hospital. He is just starting to get back up to speed and will likely be in the lineup tonight in New York. He has six goals and five assists in 36 games this season (5G / 5A in 32 gms with TOR).
