Lindberg has appeared in the last four games, but will be replaced by Jesper Fast in the lineup tonight vs. the Blue Jackets. Lindberg has had a tough season, collecting just seven points (1G / 6A) in 33 games this season.

Lindberg missed the first five games of the season as he recovered from offseason hip surgery. Lindberg will take Chris Kreider’s (neck) spot in the lineup and is expected to skate on a line with Brandon Pirri and Josh Jooris.
Lindberg continues to recover from offseason hip surgery and was finally able to shed his no-contact jersey on Monday. Lindberg will not be ready for the regular season and remains 2-4 weeks away from being ready to play.
Lindberg has played just over 10 minutes in each of the last two games, but has one goal, one assist and is a plus-4 in those contests. Despite some solid numbers recently, he will sit in favour of Chris Kreider, who is returning from a hand injury.

Lindberg, 23, has scored 16 goals and 20 assists (36 points) in 54 games with Hartford. He has been recalled because a few of the Rangers forwards are under the weather, so he could be in the lineup tonight.
