It appears as if Ennis (head) will be good to go for tomorrow when Buffalo plays Ottawa. Ennis will center Steve Ott and Leino who will play in his first game of the season.

Sounds like Ennis could be close to returning to the lineup. Sidelined for most of the season with a high-ankle injury, Ennis was not expected to draw back into the lineup any time soon.
“He’s close. I talked to him today. That’s one of the ones where only the player knows and he doesn’t feel he’s quite ready yet,” Ruff said.
Ennis continues to sit out for precautionary measures. The Edmonton native scored three goals and five points over his last eight games before re-injuring his ankle.
Ennis has been sidelined for 20 of the Sabres 35 games this season. When healthy, he's been somewhat productive with three goals and five points. Expect him to get another chance on a scoring line when he finally gets back.
