Kennedy took part in the Sharks' morning skate and looks like he will be back in the lineup tonight. He missed the last two games with a lower-body injury. Kennedy has four goals and 11 assists in 49 games this year.
Kennedy was moved up to Crosby's spot on the first line during Saturday's game. However he was quickly swapped out in favor of Brandon Sutter. Kennedy was in Sid's spot this morning so it looks like he will get another crack between Kunitz and Dupuis. This will certainly boost his fantasy value, but make sure it is a permanent move before rushing to the waiver-wire to add him.
#Pens coach Bylsma: Kennedy has high ankle sprain. 4-6 weeks -Sam
Kennedy will definitely miss some playing time with this most recent injury. In fact, it might take him more than six weeks to get his speed and timing back. He has six goals and 22 points in 42 games.
