Gustaffsson's injury is a tough one for the kid, who seemed to have earned a spot in the lineup. If you own him, feel safe in dropping the young defender as he holds no fantasy hockey value while on IR.

Should Gustasson be healthy enough he would replace Andreas Lilja on the third defensive pairing. Sounds like he is day-to-day for the time being. Keep him on the bench if you own him.
