BOSTON, MA – Boston Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli announced today that the club has assigned forward Jordan Caron to the Providence Bruins (American Hockey League).
Caron moves back down to the AHL, where he is expected to actually play. The rookie has recently been leapfrogged by Zach Hamill and likely needs to regain some confidence.

Fourth line in line rushes in warm-ups was Paille-Hamill-Thornton both times through. Looks like Paille will be back and Caron will be out.
With most of the team healthy, the rookie Caron is the odd-man out on the fourth line. He has a goal and three points through 13 games, mainly playing on the third and fourth lines.
